Carie has been focused professionally on Drupal since 2009. As the Accessibility Lead, she works with the Mediacurrent team and clients to make sites more inclusive to others. In her role as a Senior Front-End Developer at Mediacurrent, she thrives on the challenge of turning a static mock-up into a responsive, live site that is both beautiful and functional. She is passionate about website accessibility and is a STEM advocate.

With close to ten years of experience with Drupal, I have had the pleasure of being able to develop a wide variety of solutions for many different businesses, publications, and even personal projects. When not developing, I spend a majority of my time enabling clients, editors, and other developers from all around helping them to better understand Drupal and leverage that strength in being successful. When not deep in Drupal, I enjoy spending time with my basses in the studio letting the creative juices flow.

Entrepreneur, software developer, artist, musician, Daniel Schiavone is President and Chief Technologist at Snake Hill Web Agency where he builds ambitious sites with Drupal. He was trained as a fine artist before coming to programming. He’s a founder of Creative Alliance at the Patterson and continues to be active in the Highlandtown’s Arts and Entertainment District. He plays the organ regularly at his neighborhood parish and recently picked up the mandocello.
He’s very active in the Mid Atlantic Drupal community serving on the board for Drupal4Gov, organizing Baltimore DrupalCamp, and speaking and training at regional Drupal camps and technology events.
